Our client System Technologies is a software and hardware service provider in Sweden. The product we are working with is an invoicing system, and due to its popularity among client’s customers from various industries and steady growth, they decided to make a significant investment in developing it further. The system is built using dataflex, a rare programming language so finding reasonably priced resources locally was difficult. The client chose Shinetech because we have a good resource pool and we are a reliable global company close to them in Sweden.

We have been working with them for a while now, and our team also had the pleasure to visit their team onsite. The collaboration is going well and although client has a team in 3 different locations, it really feels like working together. The virtual server is accessed from China and Sweden and for project management we use BaseCamp. Our client said they’ve been very impressed with our team's quick learning capability and very fast responses. Often if a question or request is sent to our team, the client will have the answer already the next morning when they come to work.

They also mentioned the development work is going faster than before so this is a big advantage we bring them. The system is old so it is sometimes challenging, but our team has done well. The work consists of bug fixes and new enhancements, and one more thing that impressed the client recently was the ShineStar nomination. They were very proud to have “their” developer receive the credit.
